The UK's Leading Home Automation Experts.

Ever since I can remember, I was fascinated with technology and how things worked, or how I could make them work for me. Using the sliding volume control of an old radio as a dimmer on a desk lamp (Not very safe) or fitting the motor from an old tape deck into a Lego helicopter to see if it could fly. It turns out, Lego can not withstand the G-Force generated by a 1980's tape deck!

PieterDeVillierssmall-3326.jpgMy bedroom was always filled with the carcasses of electrical appliances that may not work anymore, but that must be investigated or transformed into something new. ( I did try to electrocute my younger brother on several occasions, but this was only as a security measure.(Connecting a transformer to my room's door handle turns out to not be acceptable in the family home.) My brother is fine, a very successful classical pianist - Nico de Villiers - Living in Greenwich.

Luckily for my family, myself and now you, I have learnt a lot since those early days, and technology designed by some very clever people, all of whom I am sure were fascinated children once, now makes it possible to do some very amazing things, without any risk to my siblings or anyone else.

I am still just a bit of a geeky child who needs to know how and why things work, how they can be improved and what else we can use them for. This allows me to stay at the forefront of what is possible and what is available to you. How we can improve your home to make it fun, funky and sexy! We should not just live in our homes, we should enjoy them like a little girl enjoys a doll-house or a little boy finds a way to make something out of anything!
